Morning Meditation 
Mondays ~ 8:00 to 8:45 am

Rollins Chapel

Each week, after introductions, we will sit for 20 minutes of guided meditation followed by discussion. Feel free to leave at 8:30 after the meditation or stay for the discussion.  Open to students, staff, faculty and community members. No experience needed.

Mindfulness in the Library

Mondays ~ 4:30 to 5:00 pm

Learn simple mindfulness practices to help you focus more, stress less, and increase self-compassion in a supportive, laid back and kind-hearted community. 

Yoga for EveryBODY: All Levels Slow Flow

Tuesdays ~ 4:30 to 5:30 pm

Whether you're just beginning or rediscovering your practice, Yoga for EveryBODY will be helpful for anyone who wants to bring greater mobility, strength, and peace to their bodies and minds.

 

iRest Yoga Nidra
Thursdays ~ 5:00 to 5:45 pm

Rollins Chapel
You will be guided through the ancient practice of yoga nidra: a deeply restful and rejuvenating sleep-like meditation. Participants will be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply listen to the words of the meditation while doing absolutely nothing else. Yoga philosophy states that 30 minutes of yoga nidra practice is equivalent to 3-4 hours of sleep. Come see for yourself!
