Winterim

Winterim at Dartmouth College is the Dartmouth Winter Break that runs this year from November 28, 2024 through January 3, 2025.

There is a cross-campus commitment coordinated by the First-Generation Office (FGO), International Student Experience (ISE), and Office of Pluralism and Leadership (OPAL), to provide resources and support students who remain on campus during that time.

Above is a calendar of programs and events coordinated by campus and community partners. Please click any event of interest and add it to your personal calendar. Check out more information and links to Dartmouth group on the Events Page.

The calendar is updated regularly so be sure to keep checking it for more events!

International travel updates

If you are traveling outside the United States, please monitor the CDC website for Travel Health Notices and updates on requirements for travel to and from the U.S.

OVIS Winter Break Checklist

International students on F-1 status planning to travel outside the country during the break should review the Winter Break Checklist for information on the federal government's travel policy and to confirm you have the documents required for return to the U.S.

If you have questions, reach out to your OVIS advisor.
